NAHAR BACKWATERS

While Nahar Villa was the Signature Project of the Company, this can be termed as the Dream Project of the Company. Company is holding in its name 10.5 acres of virgin land at Sulerikadu Village abutting ECR on the way to Mahabalipuram. It has been divided into 150 grounds and a lay out has already been made.
The Company plans to construct over 110 villas, with club house consisting of a huge swimming pool, indoor games hall, party hall, recreation area, jogging track, gymnasium, children play area and an amphitheatre. The construction is planned at international standards and announced guaranteed maintenance for 3 years.
Work has already commenced on the site, in levelling the ground, erection of compound wall, landscaping etc., and targeted year of completion is 2013.Date for sale has already been announced by the Company and Master Plan is under way.

Each villa will be developed with the approved plan from the Panchayat office.
