The Nahar team is led by Founder-Director Shri. B. Tolachand Nahar and Shri. B. Sumerchand Nahar. The collective synergy between the team and its leaders is the cornerstone of Nahar Foundation's exponential growth and abiding success. Each person in our team has exclusive expertise in a certain area. One of us is an expert financial planner, another a highly effective operations in-charge, another an authority on interiors and finishing, and so on. Shri.B.Tolachand Nahar : Founder - Director & CEO
Nahar Foundations is the brain-child of Shri. Tolachand Nahar. He has spearheaded the growth of the Company with his experience in the field, knowledge of the construction business and insightful land acquisition deals. He leads the Company's expansion, and controls its business strategy as well as operations with his

2 decades of land acquisition and real estate experience,
10 years of constructing - residential and commercial buildings,
a strong reputation and goodwill in the society,
300 home owners - their families and friends support &
the ever increasing family of Nahars in terms of customers and employees.

Shri.B.Sumerchand Nahar is a co-founder of Nahar Foundations, and heads the Operations wing of the Company. He is responsible for Quality Control, project schedule status control, procurements, and disbursements with his experience of handling 10 projects at any given moment, a decade in understanding and improving civil work and maintaining balance between emotional work force and practical management force.

Shri.L.Subhash Jain – Purchases, Nahar Foundation’s Private Limited. He heads the purchases wing of the company. He is responsible for managing requirements at various projects, identification of suppliers, negotiations of prices, scrutinizing of product quality and verification of delivery at concerned projects, with his 2 decades of financing and trading experience.

Shri.S.Mahesh Kothari – Finances and Public Relations, Nahar Foundation’s Private Limited. He heads the finances and public relations wings of the company. He is responsible for managing finance of the projects, identification and scrutinizing of the finances available, handling legal requirements of projects and maintaining public relations of the organisation with his 10 years experience of finance, trading, banking relations and customer relations.

Shri.T.Rajesh Nahar – Marketing, Human Resources and Information Technology, Nahar Foundation’s Private Limited. He is responsible for marketing of the projects, identification of the means and the timeliness of marketing, brand creation and recognition, targeting viable customers, creating marketing & clients database, evaluation and recruitment of human resources, training and placement of human resources, managing and valuating IT needs of the organisation, understanding and improving the quality of the IT and handling need based requirements of IT for the company with his global exposure of 18 months as a corporate assurer, 5 years of experience in various fields from sales to human resource management to networking to interior designing (creativity management) and an educational background of Masters in commerce and diploma in interior designing from a global institution.

Smt. Vanitha Jain – Account and Administration, Nahar Foundation’s Private Limited. A recent entrant into the company uses her proficient managerial skills to supervise the day-to-day administration and accounting of the Company. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce and 3+ years of experience in office management to her credit.
