Having established an enviable reputation in the field, our mission for the coming years is to diversify into allied areas, while adding to our achievement in our existing business of turn-key housing construction. We aim at establishing a strong market-presence in these areas by the year 2012:
- Building Material: We have been handling building material across the board for two decade: we know our stuff in and out. What better way to employ this expertise than to harness it in the Building and Construction Material industry?
- Interior Design: We believe that the synergy between form and function is the real ornament of living spaces. We have been been achieving this at the macro-level in construction since the time of our inception. It was a logical decision to now turn to the micro-level – interiors - too.
- Real-Estate Asset Management Services: We realized that there is a large section of society owning real-estate but under-utilizing it or not being able to manage it due to the distance factor – they may reside and work elsewhere in the country or outside the country. Real-estate being our forte, we extend our expertise in maximizing revenue on real-estate to such people through our Real-Estate Asset Management Services.
- Investor Services: We offer opportunities for investors from other countries to invest in our real-estate projects. This brings them higher rates of ROI than investing in their own countries. In the present global scenario, more and more foreign investors are looking at investing in the relatively robust Indian market, and we give them the opportunity to do just this. The Real-estate and Construction industries particularly, have seen many foreign investors entering the scene, and operating extremely profitably.
