Ongoing Projects
Location: Jayachandra Nagar, Pallikaranai
Pallikaranai is a peaceful locality with plush greenery and accessibility to all domestic amenities. It is an ideal location to reside what with its proximity to the IT corridor of Chennai housing the big IT & ITES companies. Pallikaranai is close to the Velachery Vijayanagar bus terminus & the MRTS train line thus establishing a thorough transportation link to other parts of Chennai city.
Jayachandra Nagar in Pallikaranai, is a 44-acre layout with tall compounded walls located on the 200 Ft. Velachery-Tambaram Road. The layout is well organized with wide roads, parks, water & sewerage facilities, copious water supply, electricity & phone lines and commercial plot facilities, and is one of the fast-growing residential areas in Chennai.
There are currently 3 ongoing projects: Abode, Panache & Square - which have 2/3 bedroom apartments with facilities like covered car park, sewerage treatment plant, security systems, architect-designed soft & hard landscaping and other facilities in Jayachandra Nagar.
Future Projects
Nahars is in the process of finalizing a high-level project on East Coast Road (ECR), Chennai, which is touted to be the entertainment corridor of Chennai in the next few years - with a plethora of entertainment channels like Mayajaal, MGM Dizee world, VGP Golden Beach etc. and numerous beach resorts including MGM, Fisherman's Cove, Casuarina Bay etc. ECR is the gateway to Mahabalipuram, a place of ethnic beauty and culture.
