Mr.Tolachand Nahar, the Promoters and MD, has more than 16 years experience in the real estate business. He established the construction business in 1999 under the name of Nahar Constructions, a proprietary concern. Subsequently he started a Private Limited Company in the name of M/s.NAHAR Foundations Pvt Ltd, in the year 2003.

Mr.Sumerchand Nahar, brother of Mr.Tolachand Nahar, is the other Director of the COmpany. He is a commerce graduate with more than 8 years experience in construction and interiro decoration.

Both the director are dynamis personalities and key players in the business. They look after all the property development functions starting from purchasing of land, promoting, constructing & marketing to customers directly.

They are backed by a dynamic team comprising industry experts. One of the cardinal plus factors is that no outsiders are entrusted with the construction work and all the jobs right from purchase of material to compleation of construction and marketing of the flats are completely handled by the Directors.
